Our work begins with a conversation.

A simple process

A phone call to Mike is all it takes to get the ball rolling. He’ll ask some clarifying questions, get the details he needs to guide the conversation, and listen to your concerns. All at no charge to you.

The process looks something like this.

1

What are you looking for?

Mike will ask several questions to help guide the conversation. (Yes, you’ll be talking with Mike.)

2

Personalized suggestions.

Any advice or suggestions will be geared toward your specific situation. If you don’t need an attorney yet, Mike will tell you.

3

You decide to move forward—or not.

Choosing the right attorney for your issue is important and not something to leave to chance.

If you’ve been injured at work, the best thing you can do for yourself is:

  • Report the injury/accident immediately. Don’t put it off. While you do have 30 days to report an injury or accident, it’s better not to wait.

  • Talk to Mike. Learn what your options are. There’s no cost and you’ll understand what your next steps need to be.
